I like that you've goen farther then just focusing on arms, legs, etc but the brain as well. It's very smart. I enjoy yoga not only to relax me but as a form of exercise as well..it helps stretch out my muscles and all along with getting my emotions and chakra in line. I hope you get to keep up with this blog on exercise for since I am leaving I'd still like to find cool ideas and see how it's going for you.
